Refund & Cancellation Policy


We are a China-based online store with no overseas warehouse support. All electric machines are shipped directly from mainland China via international logistics.

  1. Before Shipment

    Full order cancellation & refund are available if your order has not been dispatched. Please contact our customer support in time to request a cancellation before shipping arrangement.

  2. After Shipment

    Once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, no refund, return or cancellation will be accepted. International shipping fees, customs fees and logistics costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. Important Reminder for Electric Products

    All electric devices are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to international shipping regulations and safety policies for battery-powered/electric machinery, we do not support return requests caused by personal reasons (including dislike, wrong purchase, size mismatch or unexpected voltage issues).

  4. Pre-Purchase Suggestion
